Biography

June Fabre addresses critical health care issues such as patient safety, nurse staffing, and healthcare costs.

She has spoken to audiences, both large and small, all across the country. In addition, June is the author of over 50 healthcare articles as well as a new book, Smart Nursing—How to Create a Positive Work Environment that Empowers and Retains Nurses released by Springer Publishing Company, NYC in April 2005.

June received her RN and BS in Education from State University College, Plattsburgh, NY; a BSN from Excelsior College, Albany, NY; and her MBA from Plymouth State University, Plymouth, NH.

June is a member of the American Organization of Nurse Executives, Massachusetts Organization of Nurse Executives, American Nurses Association, New Hampshire Nurses Association, National Speakers’ Association, Toastmasters International, the Derry Writers Group, the New Hampshire Writers Project, and the Author’s Guild, NYC. She was elected to the Board of Directors of the National Speakers Association-New England (2002-2004) and is past president of Manchester Toastmasters.
